I. Scope and Core Principles
This policy applies to the VPNGI website, user panel, client entry points, and support processes directly related to subscription services. VPNGI processes data only as needed to provide the service, does not make unrelated information a condition of use, and does not build user profiles from personal network activity.
Account creation requires no email address; a username and password are sufficient. The username identifies the account, while the password is handled only as a secure hash. Information users choose to submit in a ticket is used only to handle that request. Please do not include sensitive information unrelated to the issue.
II. Data Processed and Its Uses
Account data includes the username, password hash, account status, and subscription status. It is used for login verification, permission checks, plan delivery, and account security. Order records include the selected plan, amount due, payment status, and creation and completion times. They are used to complete transactions, display order history, process refunds, and reconcile accounts.
To keep the service running, the system processes traffic usage, current session status, client platform type, and necessary diagnostic information. This data is used to calculate plan usage, determine whether a subscription is valid, troubleshoot connection issues, and prevent interface abuse. Website analytics may include pages viewed, referring pages, browser type, device category, time on page, and basic network information. This helps verify page operation, resolve compatibility issues, and improve content structure.
III. No Logs and Connection Data
VPNGI does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing content, search queries, or destination lists that could be used to reconstruct specific network activity. The service does not use network access content for advertising analysis, user segmentation, or marketing recommendations.
Connections may generate temporary operational data required to maintain a session, such as subscription validity, traffic measurement status, and error categories. This data is used only to establish connections, keep routes operating, or respond to troubleshooting initiated by the user. It is not used to create long-term, traceable logs of personal browsing behavior. Temporary session data is no longer used after the connection ends or troubleshooting is complete. Account, order, and traffic settlement records are retained only as needed to fulfill subscriptions and handle disputes.
IV. Cookies and Local Storage
The website may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language selection, interface preferences, and necessary security markers. These data support user panel sessions, remember page choices, and reduce repeated actions. If required storage is disabled, persistent login, language memory, or some user panel features may not work properly.
Analytics are used only for website operation analysis and troubleshooting. VPNGI does not use cookies to store the content of users' visits to international websites, nor does it add browsing activity from network connections to marketing analytics records. Users can clear cookies and local storage through browser settings. After clearing them, users will need to log in again and reselect relevant preferences.
V. Payment Processing, Sharing, and Retention
VPNGI supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service, which may collect information required to complete a transaction under its own rules. VPNGI receives payment results, transaction status, and necessary reconciliation information used to confirm an order. It does not require users to submit third-party payment account login credentials on this site. Each third-party payment service applies its own policy to data it processes independently.
Except where necessary to complete payments, provide infrastructure, maintain website security, or comply with applicable rules, VPNGI does not provide account or order data to unrelated parties. Service partners may access data only to the extent needed to perform assigned work and must follow applicable confidentiality and security requirements.
Retention periods vary according to the processing purpose. Account and subscription status are retained while an account is active. Order and billing records are retained until transaction reconciliation, refund processing, and necessary dispute handling are complete. Analytics are deleted or aggregated after trend analysis and operational maintenance. Temporary diagnostic information is cleared when troubleshooting ends and it is no longer needed. If applicable rules require certain records to be retained, a deletion request does not affect that necessary retention.
VI. Access, Deletion, and Policy Updates
Users can log in to the user panel and submit a request through the ticket entry point to access, correct, or delete account-related data. To prevent unauthorized action, verification of account control may be required before processing a request. After account deletion, features directly required to continue providing subscription services will no longer be available. Records retained by law or needed for unfinished orders, refunds, or disputes will be cleared once the relevant purpose ends.
VPNGI may update this policy when service processes, storage methods, or applicable rules change. The updated version will be published on this page, along with a revised last-updated date at the top. If a change materially affects the scope of data processing, a clear notice will be provided through the website or user panel. Users should review the policy in effect before continuing to use the service.
